The main house (2 aboveground and 1 underground floor) includes a hall, a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe, two children's rooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, a swimming pool, an office, a playroom, 8 bathrooms, garage for 4 cars, SPA, wine cellar, home theater, gym, server room, laundry, furnace, governor's and other auxiliary rooms.
The layout of Manor Residence is represented by two arcs or waves, one of which starts at the entrance - a garage, the second ends with a boathouse - by the river. The idea is that one wave captures at the entrance, the other invites you to sail away on a journey. This is a new look at the Yin-Yang symbol, embodied in an architectural form - an endless life principle of movement and flow of one into another.
And in order to give real freedom to this principle, along the entire length of the facade, we have designed terraces with pergolas adjacent to the house with access to them from each room on the ground floor. The second floor picks up this idea, only this time with terraces completely open to the sky.
All buildings of the residence continue the rule and therefore are united by a single arched roof from the boathouse to the garage so that the passages between them are always protected from precipitation. This serves various scenarios of relaxation or other activity, so as not to lose the freedom to continue desires. So, for example, you can leave the pool in the direction of the boathouse and join a dinner by the water, both in a room with panoramic windows and on the lounge-house balcony. Thus, Manor Residence forms a special ecosystem - its own unique world, where everything is interconnected and works as a holistic organism with its own philosophy, style, and atmosphere.

Peculiarities:
Separate admiration is given to the overflow pool 15 meters long, which is designed according to the shape of the building - in the form of an arc. The pool is equipped with a counter-current, geysers, and a section for toddlers. In the pool area, there is SPA with a sauna, hammam, and showers, they are connected by the space of the relax-zone with sun loungers and tables for drinks. The pool and living room are united by a central double-sided fireplace. While relaxing in the SPA or swimming in the pool, you can admire the living fire.
An important feature of the Manor Residence is its proximity to the main river bed of the Dnieper. The customer's enthusiasm for yachting led to the choice of a site on one of the bays with the possibility of going out into the big water. This determined the development of the project towards the river. In a single design solution, a boathouse was designed for a 12-meter yacht and two jet skis with a pier and a lounge-house with its own barbecue terrace above the water.
