The SEEDS is a unique concept of autonomous and mixed-use single-family housing. A separate private house is designed according to the "Seed Principle" combining all and everything to ensure a fulfilling life and sustainable development.

20 one-type cottages form a unique dynamic housing. The houses seem to grow out of the natural landscape. The airflow magnitude studies clearly demonstrate the benefits of The SEEDS architecture as a new dimension of comfort and safety.
